Biogas desulfurization equipment is mainly to remove H2S and impurities in biogas. Fill desulfurizer in desulfurization equipment to remove H2S.  

 

 

 

Desulfurizer in the desulfurization equipment, the components are mainly Ferric Oxide, and add other efficient purifying material from the processing of additional accelerator. Even in no oxygen and no ammonia environment, it also can remove H2S precisely. It also has effect on removal of thiols organic sulfur and most of the nitrogen oxides.

2. Main reaction principle of desulfurization

 

(1) Fe2O3.H2O+3H2S=Fe2S3.H2O+3H2O
(2) Fe2O3.H2O+3H2S=2FeS+S+4H2O
When desulfurizer is alkaline, reaction is according to formula (1) to right; when desulfurizer is acid, reaction is according to formula (2).

 

If H2S gas content in the outlet gas of the desulfurization equipment is more than the required value, desulfurizer should be replaced to ensure normal use of desulfurizer and enabling normal operation of the desulfurization equipment.

 

 

 

Pay attention to

 

Notice:
1. Do remove the crumb firstly, after pouring out the material of desulphurizer, just remain the
granular material.
2. Do not put the material on the plastic or wooden or inflammable products when regenerating.
3. Do not put the crumb material of desulfurizer back to desulphurizer

after used some times, sufficiency of desulfurization would be decrease. Then we should replace
desulfurization or regenerate.
